Dear Olive,
Oh! The places you'll go!
You'll be on your way up!
You'll be seeing the sights!
You'll join the high flyers
Who soar to high heights.
Kid, you'll move mountains.
(Dr. Suess)
1. Lots of rain = lots of puddle jumping.
2. Hydrangeas. Wickedly cut from a neighbours bush. To make matters worse, it's my third visit with the scissors.
3. We learnt that your bum gets hungry when you don't wear a nappy. (Although the whole toilet training thing is proving to be a bit hit and miss. Hit at home. Miss when we're out. You mostly want to wear nappies when we leave the house and I've just been going along with it.)
4. Our little hipster, vintage cowboy shirt buttoned all the way up. As you like it.
5. Making friends on a walk.

Beautiful, not long until my little one is out of nappies too! And that shirt kills me. It's like one of those outfits that makes a kid look like they're playing "grown-up" in!

Hard to resist a puddle though isn't it!

Love the pom pom post, might have to add them to some wrappings too, I recently taught my girls to make pom poms, oh we have many, many lovelies.

That's my very most favourite Dr Seuss book, Kellie. I read it to my children all the time. I remember worrying that parts of it were scary, but then life is like that. They love the joy in the story.

Joy to you at Christmas too!! x

ha ha - Now I'm noticing all the hydrangeas around our neighbourhood and wondering if I can go out under the cloak of darkness and nab me some...

They are just too lovely aren't they

You thief! Only kidding. I pilfer our neighbors bay leaves at least twice a week. Although I'm always terrified I'll get caught!

That hungry bum is brilliant. And good work on the pillaging of flowers... Anna we stole many a bay leaf from our downstair neighbour's garden at our old flat & just before we left ben hung out of the window to collect a stash to bring with us!! I was also terrified of being caught...not sure how interested the police are though in bay leaf thievery! X
