Dear Olive,
It's been one of the best weekends in ages. Catching up with friends and family. Picnic in the park. Romantic dinner for three in a restaurant. With the most extraordinary winter weather you could imagine a delightful backdrop to it all. You've got a seemingly endless inquisitive thirst for new knowledge at the moment. "This mummy?", followed by a nod and an authoritative "yes" after I explain the purpose of the car bumper bar/coffee plunger on the side of the road/overflowing tap/how to order butter for your bread in a restaurant ("waiter! waiter! butter!"). It's so much fun. And that's not the only thing growing up around here. I think, yes, I'm quite sure, is that, the beginnings of, a .... fringe?!?

The middle photo ... love it!!
Happy to hear that your weekend was ace!!
A lovely letter. Really joyous. Funny how they always seem to already know the answer to the question they've just asked you... Matilda frequently gives me the "just testing you, Mummy" response. Bx
I love the "say cheese' face! Olive, you are truly hilar.
Sounds like a perfect weekend Kellie. And wasn't it just the best weather on Sunday. Winter. Winter?!
These pictures are so sweet. She's getting so big. Such a little cutie! x
That face again! Too cute.
And check out that 'party at the front' in the hair department! Sweet locks, Olive!
Glad the weather is behaving
