Dear Olive,
It's been a long week so I'm thankful for Friday today. I've only got a week and a half left on this job and just as it's nearing the end I'm starting to feel more settled into the full time thing. I can see how I might even find myself at a loose end once it all finishes. I will not be missing those 5.30am calls though.
You came with me on a few work errands yesterday afternoon and we stopped in to visit the ducks at the horsey park. It was positively balmy and you were dressed in what was undoubtedly your most girly outfit yet.
PS Your hair. It's unruly, it's dreadlocked, it's mulleted. What to do about it?
PPS Rather pointless letter. Sorry about that.

Who has time to worry about hair? Anyway, her beautiful dress makes up for the unruly hair :-) Happy Friday

Love the outfit! My mum used to swear by the de-tangler that Johnson and Johnson make for my little sister -- her hair is and always has been ringlet central!

That dress is gorgeous, it's great that you can take Olive with you when you run work errands.

Ducks at the horsey park is not, I would argue, a pointless letter! That girly outfit is suitably gorgeous for a gorgeous girl.

Beautiful dress and beautiful hair Olive! Love! So lucky to have beautiful weather too.
Olive and Coco need to get together and talk about dreadlocks...there is the potential though, if their heads get too close together they might become one! xx

No harm about having unruly hair and girlie dresses. In fact, she looks pretty damn cute if you ask me. And that's without getting a glimpse at her cheeky face!
The work thing - ah, never ending dilemna. Feels so good to work and be 'you', but so hard to miss out on certain things with the little one and be constantly 'on the go'. It's good to hear you've enjoyed going back to work though and I'm sure you'll find another great work project soon. On a completely different note, check out this utterly cool vacation: http://babyccinokids.com/blog/2011/08/05/a-teepee-vacation/
