Dear Olive,

Last week, a photographer friend of Dadda's asked him to pose for a portrait book she's putting together. She shoots lots for Frankie magazine and her book is headed for Japan I think - basically, she's one cool lady. You and I went along to laugh at Dadda (he had to be topless!) but we couldn't resist getting in a few snaps too. That big, annoying piece of hair of mine makes an appearance in almost every photo. It's kind of growing on me now though (no pun intended whatsoever). To say thanks, Amanda gave you the most unreal knitted alpaca jumper that she got in South America. You'll be seeing that in Winter.

Beautiful pictures. Thank you for visiting me at my blog yesterday Kellie. This is such a gorgeous gift to your little one - can you imagine her reading this when she is our age - wow!

I love the name Olive (obviously!) - it was my great grandmothers name and also my grandmothers middle name and my mothers middle name. My mum finds it hilarious that I now use the name Olive in my blog and business name as she hates thename and thought she was doing me a favour saving me from it. Silly mum :) Such a cute name.

I have seen far too many photos / video footage of Shane with this shirt off this week. No offence, Shane!

Kel, if you look back through my FB photos around Roxy's first birthday, I was sporting a smashing big curl which stayed RIGHT in the middle of my forehead. I couldn't do anything with that piece of hair until it grew fully back again. So annoying! It definitely put your annoying piece of hair to shame!
